Strategy and governance

Risk is the likelihood that objectives of the organisation are not met. This is directly related to the roots of the organisation and as such it is highly related to the strategic objectives and the governance of the organisation.

Governance is so to speak the backbone of the organisation. Governance is the basis for the health of any organization. Good governance pays explicit attention to all stakeholders, within and outside the organisation. The ‘tone at the top’ is a crucial factor in this. Will management stand firm when it is important to do so?
